This practice was envisioned with you in mind. Many of us have endured life circumstances that have altered our lives and our light that once seemed to shine so bright, was now lost in an abyss of darkness. It’s in those darkest moments where must make a choice to take back control of our destiny; while it may seem frightening, a bit resilience, faith, and support to help give us to push we need in order to put us on the right path.
Revive Therapy & Consulting Services, PLLC was founded the belief that we ARE NOT our circumstances. Many of us have experienced a season of darkness; moments when we’ve felt defeated due to suffering from loss, self-worth, grief, depression, anxiety, fear, and traumas of our past. Here at Revive, we believe in validating your experiences and through implementation of SFBT (Solution Focused Brief Therapy), RBT (Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy), and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), we will equip with the skills that ignite and REVIVE the light back into your life
